Tommy Mack: A College Try
Tommy Mack: A College Try, the third book, is here. Released in the fall of 2018, it deals with Tom’s college years (1971-1973) adjusting to life outside the home, on his own, around campus, and in “far-out” places. It should challenge the reader’s understanding of what constitutes proper direction and motivation as it pertains to institutional responsibilities when training, teaching, and guiding our youth. These chapters will grip many readers, prompting them to revisit long-forgotten times in their lives, times that hopefully take on new meaning as the story progresses.
Tommy Mack: The Best of Intentions (working title)
Tommy Mack: Best of Intentions chronicles the adult years: the trials, tribulations, and key learnings as they relate to his organizational, social, work, and military experiences; plus some of the ups and downs of marriage and raising a family. Not all roads are straight; many twist and turn, some are easy, some not so easy. We may not dwell on them as much as this author, but we remember them none-the-less. Continuing at the rate of one book every three to four years, this (4th) installation "should" be released sometime in 2022.
